On the day, just as we were about to lead into the chapel, Sacha came out and personally greeted my mother in law which was a very lovely gesture. The service was just as planned by better. She mentioned all of us and by doing this, made the service feel very personal. It was such a huge relied to us on a very emotional day, to have Sacha there.

We knew as soon as we met you that you’d be the one to get it right for us, and to send our mum off perfectly. Thank you so much, Mum’s day was a huge success! Nicky xx

Many people came up to us after the service and said how great Sacha was and complimented her. We could not have for through the day without her and myself and my family would highly recommend!

From the first moment of meeting Sacha there was a connection which not only included professionalism it was included the greatest compassion, kindness and helping us a family at a truly difficult time. We went through Mums order of service at home over tea and biscuits and Sacha was a constant communication up until the funeral day. Sacha delivered the service with complete warmth, love, smiles and compassion and made us all feel as a family so special. Sacha is a very special lady who we were blessed to have for my Mums service.

Sacha, Just wanted to thank you so much for conducting Brenda’s funeral service today. It was exactly what  i wanted for her and everyone said how lovely it was. It was so nice to meet you and thank you again

My family and i were lucky enough to have Sacha take my fathers funeral service in May. When she first introduced herself to my family at home she was a breath of fresh air. She explained everything very clearly and made us all feel so at ease.

My sincere thanks for the celebration of Eric’s life you held last Friday. It was all so perfect for him, we couldn’t have wished for more – incidentally you would both have got on so well! Thank you once again
